SHIPPING:

All products are shipped via United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation.

Shipping Rates:

We offer FLAT RATE shipping options, making it easy to understand how much it will cost to ship your order.

United States Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $99 = $3.99 S&H
• $99 or more = FREE SHIPPING

Note: Taxes are not included in the shipping cost calculation.

TURNAROUND GUARANTEES AND FULFILLMENT:

We strive to ensure orders ship within 24 hours during standard business days (Mon-Fri). Orders not fulfilled within three days may be canceled and refunded by customer upon request.

WE STRIVE TO KEEP ITEMS IN STOCK, and our shopping cart system automatically cancels the ability to order out of stock items. In the rare event that a mistake occurs:
If any order is missing items at shipping time, the order will be sent minus the backordered product - and the order total will be adjusted accordingly before we process payment. You will be immediately notified via email as to the adjustment.

We will automatically ship the items that are in-stock, and ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available – at which time payment will be processed for that item(s) without any additional shipping charges.

Again - you will not be charged for items until they ship

TAXES

• Taxes are added to orders that are shipping to an ILLINOIS address. The ILLINOIS tax rate is 9.75%. 
• NO TAXES will be collected for orders shipped to any address OUTSIDE ILLINOIS.

Tracking Information will be forwarded to you as soon as your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• We ship to any address in the US.
• Currently, we do not ship orders outside the US.
